RGA Reinsurance Company Middle East Limited conducted a ١-day problem framing workshop cum training program to learn how to frame the right problem prior to initiating a design sprint workshop.
The design sprint workshop is a time-constrained, five-phase process that uses design thinking with the aim of reducing the risk when bringing a new product, service or a feature to the market.
The workshop was a full day event that took place at the Ritz Carlton DIFC and was attended by ٣٠ leaders from the insurance industry and government sectors. Ashraf Al Azzouni, MD of RGA Reinsurance Company Middle East Limited welcomed the guests. The attendees were guided on how to discover actionable solutions with impactful outcomes, they also interacted during the networking breaks and lunch hosted by RGA.
